As noted in June's minutes, the annual meeting is being planned for September - the BOD feels this shift is appropriate to better align activities with the fiscal calendar of Jan - Dec that we shifted to a few years ago.  A save the date will be distributed once location, date and time have been finalized.

* The EasyHOA site has been up and running for several wks and while there are a few items that require additional attention in order to finalize (e.g. ARC routing), we are consideing ourselves transitioned.  As such, the previous Glens email account is considered retired.  Please direct all email correspondence to the new account:  Theglensofironduff@easyhoa.email
